Glory to Ukraine! 🇺🇦 Слава Україні!🇺🇦

I am Ukrainian in Germany. My name is Marichka, which is a short (obviously longer 😊) version of Maria in the Ukrainian language.

I have been living in Munich since May 2019, but I am still deeply traumatized by the Russian invasion of Ukraine. I could never have thought that our peaceful and dignified life in Ukraine would be destroyed in one moment in such a cruel and brutal way, that my loved ones would be killed just for wanting to live in their home and protect it.

My brother Vyacheslav was killed on the battlefield on June 23, 2022. He was 39. Because of the ruzzians, my two nephews (aged 7 and 5 now) lost their father.
My friend Andrii was killed on the southern front on August 10, 2023. He was 34.

During the Russian attack on Ukraine, the Ukrainian people displayed remarkable courage and unwavering resilience in the face of adversity. Therefore, I ask you to #standwithUkraine🇺🇦 and do everything possible to accelerate our victory. By standing together, we can send a powerful message to Russia that the international community is united in its support for Ukraine's sovereignty and right to determine its future. Your solidarity and commitment to the principles of justice, freedom, and democracy will make a significant difference in our struggle against aggression and will contribute to a more peaceful and secure world.

This project is very therapeutic for me, I love choosing cards, decorating and writing them, and putting lots of stamps and stickers. This is the only hobby, I am still doing. Also, my dog is a ray of light in these difficult times for me. Her name is Java, she is a 2-year-old Australian Shepherd - a very energetic and intelligent dog. Love her so much.
