About Míša...

Hi everyone,

Greetings from Kočov, a small village in the western Bohemia region of the Czech Republic. My name is Míša and I am 33 y. o. I'm a teacher of Czech for foreigners, so I come across many different people from many different countries, which is my favourite part of the job. Until very recently, I also lived abroad (in a beautiful city of Glasgow, Scotland). However, now I'm back home in the Czech Republic, looking to start a new adventure with my husband.

My hobbies include travelling, books, movies, music, geocaching, board games, beadwork and football tennis, but there are so many more :)

I prefer colourful photo-postcards picturing something typical for your country, city or region. Especially postcards with:

- puffins
- little birds
- cows and calves
- landscapes - I love nature!
- children with their pet animals
- lanterns
- couples (hugging, kissing etc.)
- bridges, castles, mills, lighthouses
- water (in all nature forms: lakes, rivers, seas, watterfalls etc.)
- trees, mountains and other nature sceneries
- cityviews
- typical animals or plants
- wild animals
- people (especially portraits)
- Jane Austen related cards (books or TV series/movies)
- movies and TV-series cards (Harry Potter, Hunger Games, Doctor Who, Poldark, Sherlock etc.)

I also collect cards with pictures by Thomas Kinkade (USA) and Leonid Afremov (Belarus) and cards by Ladislav Renner (Czech Republic) and from Harenberg series (Germany). I would be thrilled if I receive some of these :)

I DON'T like following themes very much:
- ad cards
- cartoons
- religious themes
- GF, FOTW and series like these
- painted postcards (except art cards)

If you don´t know what to write on postcards, tell me something about what's on the postcard or why you chose that one. Or write me something you know about Czech Republic/Scotland (without Google :D) or something I should know about your country. Or you can share some of your favourite songs with me - I promise I will listen to it :) Or tell me what's your favourite memory.

I also enjoy nice stamps, so if you choose to send me some on the postcard, I will be very grateful.

I'm very much looking forward to hearing from you and to learning something new about this world :)

Happy Postcrossing!
