Dear Postcrosser,

my name is Anke. I live in the beautiful, old and medieval city of Erfurt. It is the capital in the state of Thuringia, located in central Germany/ in the middle of the country.

My favourite hobby is travelling and another one is collecting postcards from all over the world. Wherever I travel, I buy postcards with cityviews, local architectures, landscapes or typical sceneries. And when friends of me go on holiday, I ask there to send my please a postcard aswell. But in digital times they mostly send pictures und greetings via WhatsApp. That´s really pitty. So I´m happy that there is postcrossing.

I like postcards with where you're from. I would be very glad to get postcards with:
- views of your city, town or village,
- local architectures,
- famous buildings from your country,
- sightseeing attractions,
- countryside/ beautyful landscapes,
- map,
- typical scenes.
And I like to know a bit about your country or city you are from. Also maybe something in your native language.
