Hello, my name is Yulia (Юлия),
I'm a biochemist and I enjoy everything related to my field of study/work.
I have been working in the oncology field for 6 years. Actually, it has been my dream since I was a child (well, the dream was not to become a chemist, of course, but to try to help people who suffer from cancer, because my mom had a breast cancer). I'm not sure that I will really be a superman and save the world, but at least I am trying to contribute to this issue.
Besides I am fond of reading and travelling, and I'm happy that there still are so many places and books that I can explore.
The man who inspires me the most is Richard Feynman (he was a brilliant physicist), because despite all difficulties that he faced to in his life, he kept his sense of humor (read the book "Are you surely joking, mr Feynman?"). Also I am impressed that he succeeded in many fields that were very far from his major (for example, he tried painting and even had his own art exhibition, or he played drums). However the best thing that I learned from him is his special attitude to the life.

Don't worry if you don't have a postcard from the list above, you can send any card that you think will make me happy, you will surely find a very right one! (maybe just avoid ad/selfmade cards, I don't enjoy them so much)

I will appreciate if you use beautiful stamps (if it's possible, of course! I know that in some places it's not easy to get special stamps) and I prefer to receive cards without an envelope.

Also I really enjoy receiving fully written postcards. If you're worried that your English is kind of limited to write a long message (mine is lame too :)), feel free to write a postcards in your native language, I will try to translate it! (Well, except hieroglyphs, sorry, I don't know how to put them to Google translator) If you can speak French, I will be more than happy to get a card in this language, because I'm learning it now :) Still no idea what to write? Draw a panda, I love them :)
