Hi! Привет!

My name is Alina and I'm from Penza in Russia but now study and live in Voronezh. I'm 25 years old. I like rock music and rock conserts, art, architecture, design, national traditions of different countries. I like singing very much! So I sing russian folk songs in my university. When I have free time I like playing guitar and piano, reading books, walking with my friends, watching films. My favourite writers are Arthur Conan Doyle, Franz Kafka, Dan Brown, Paulo Coelho and many others. My favourite rock bands are Metallica, Nickelback, Muse, Nirvana, SOAD, Scorpions, Rammstein and many many russian bands: Agatha Christie, Bi-2, Zemfira, Mumiy Troll, The Matrixx, Picnic, Okean Elzy, Splean. Also I like cats and I have a cat named Sima =)

I will be really happy to receive all kinds of postcards! But if you don't know what to send, there are some tips. I will be glad to receive cards about:
-architecture of your city
-traditional costumes of your country
-beautiful nature
-flowers: only tulips, roses and peonies
-paintings of your favourite artist
-famous musicians/actors

I would like to receive birthday cards in March and any holiday card such as New Year, Christmas, Easter, Halloween or another national holiday to learn how other cultures celebrate :)

In my favourites there are postcards that I haven't received. You can find here some ideas.

If you like, add something in an envelope like a train-, metro- movie-, busticket, coin, photo, newspaper article, a tea-bag or something small that won't rip the envelope.
I would be glad to read about your everyday life, your hobby, your favourite music, books or cooking recipes =)
