Hello:) My name is Elizabeth. I'm Belarusian but last 2 y. I have mostly been living in Vilnius with my husband and our cat. The reason is the political crisis in Belarus.

There are a few fast facts about me:
- I veeery love movies, my favorites are Pedro Almodovar, Kevin Smith, Noah Baumbach
- I like history, especially myths and legends
- I prefer rock and jazz
- I like board games (Hanamikoji, Terraforming Mars, Arkham Horror ...)
- I love to crochet
- I prefer trams as a public transport
- I am a typical Belarusian, so I like potatoes of any kind and am ready to eat them for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- I have a mischievous red cat named Ostap

I'm not a fan of multiview postcards but I am happy with any cards. These topics make me incredibly joyful:
♪ art
♪ сartoon characters: "Rick and Morty", "Futurama", "Disappointment", "Over the Garden Wall"
♪ black and white postcards
♪ dark aesthetics
♪ Dracula or other monsters
♪ free cards
♪ Good Omens
♪ great women
♪ Lovecraft
♪ mermaid
♪ nature (mushrooms, berries)
♪ owls
♪ pumpkins
♪ retro postcards
♪ street art
♪ Vladimir Mayakovsky
♪ winter or autumn
♪ Ukrainian flag (or smth like that)

Tell in a postcard about yourself and what surrounds you: places, people, and events. You can talk about the most pressing political or social issues in your city or country right now.

The informal and sad part
Some of you may have heard about the events in Belarus. 1,700+ people are political prisoners right now (including the 2022 Nobel Peace Prize winner). If you have the opportunity, you can send a postcard to one of the detainees. Just a few words of support will greatly help each of the illegally detained. This is a link to the website of the Human Rights Center.

There is detailed information about each political prisoner and the address of stay.
Many thanks
