About Linda...

Dear postcrosser, welcome to my profile.

Sometimes we are in a difficult period and everything seems unreal with what we are going through. Some people can place things more easily than others. That's why I'm so happy to be a part of Postcrossing. It's extra fun to send postcards into the world and make someone happy with the postcard I chose, my words and your smile in my head when you open your mailbox.

I really hope that everyone can find their place in this big world and that everyone will continue to take care of each other as we have done in recent years. This is very nice to see and makes our world a lot more beautiful.

Don't forget to light a light to support the people who need it.

Take care of each other and yourself!

Now something about myself

I'm Linda, born in 1964 and married with Jan.
We have two girls (twins), born in 1996.
I love reading, walking and riding my bike.
My hobbies are (for now) making cards, happy stones, collecting bookmarks and Postcrossing.
Toby our dog, you see him on my profile picture. He's a cute, little, white, funny dog, and he always remains a puppy, even though he was born in 2010.
I listen to music every day and since a few years I listen in a different way. I can't explain why, but music helps me through the day. I think John Miles wrote his song "music" for me. ^_^

Postcrossing started with postcards from friends and family when they were out on vacation. Now it's nice to get postcards from all over the world. It's also a way off traveling and maybe to make new friends.

Write me something about you, your pets, your hobbies or what you did the day you wrote the card:
Maybe a nice quote, mine is: "Who runs has time to fall"

I am learning Spanish through the Duolingo app and I would appreciate it if you speak this language to write me one or more sentences in this language.

What is your little happiness?
What do you still want to achieve in your life?
What is your biggest wish or dream?

And what I really want to know is, how do you collect your postcards?

I collect bookmarks, so I would be very happy if I receive one from your country

Your postcard will make my day. If you don't know which card to send, here are some suggestions.
