About Elisabeth...

My name is Elisabeth and I live in a small town in the middle of Bavaria. Over the past decade and a half I studied Agriculture, cared for my grandparents, was a camp counselor, worked as a crossing guard, and still haven't figured out how to be a proper adult. Three years ago I turned my life upside down and started on an entirely new path. And now I'm a pastry chef!

I love arts and crafts, especially quilting, knitting and crocheting. I always have at least six projects going at the same time, and when I finish one there are a dozen others already being planned and waiting to get started. While working I like to watch movies and TV series, or listen to audiobooks (especially Terry Pratchett and Marc-Uwe Kling).

Due to obvious circumstances recently I have only traveled regionally and I've seen some truely beautiful places and interesting museums. And I do see more and more why people like to come here for their vacations!
Postcrossing is an awesome way to "travel" to places you would have never thought of visiting or even knew they existed! And they all have their own interesting history and special beauty.

Send me a card that YOU really like!

But if you would like some other inspiration:
- a touristy card of your hometown or your country
- a picture of a place that is special to you
- farm animals like cows, donkeys, sheep, etc
- Art! Any kind. Old, new, traditional, famous, homemade, anything!
- castles, ruins, or "lost places"
- your country's flag, or your city's or state's flag or coat of arms

If your card has text in your own language, please write an English translation! Translation apps are not very reliable...

Please don't hesitate to send an ad, free or a homemade card!

Thanks for reading! And Happy Postcrossing!

If your postcard expired, please contact me! It might have gotten mixed in with my roommates' mail, or it is one of the few without an ID I have received.
