About Laura...

Hello everyone,

Writing postcards has always been a great love of mine and I am excited to have found a community that shares this!

Please don't worry about what kind of card to send me, I am happy with them all! If you do happen to have a few to choose from, I am currently looking for feminist cards (I would love to find some people for direct swaps - message me!). I would also rather not receive religious cards.

I prefer cards to be stamped and written (no envelopes if possible) and don't forget the date!

I look forward to corresponding with you all!

Laura

Update March 23/2017

Thanks to the advice of a new friend on the forum, I am writing a longer list of the types of cards I like in particular. I will still be happy with whatever you choose to send me :)

- touristy view cards (single or multiview - city/nature/anything in between)
- feminist postcards
- political postcards (old or new, from any country - anti Trump cards welcome!)
- postcards related to mail (mailboxes, post offices etc.)
- postcards related to books (libraries, book stores, book covers, people reading, quotes/illustrations from books etc.)
- vintage cards or vintage reprints (I like them written & stamped - even the vintage ones)
- black and white cards (photographs and illustrations)
- I love dachsunds <3
- Harry Potter
- maps
- funny cards
- any cards about space/stars/planets
- any cards you deem too offensive for most postcrossers (I mean it - send me anything & everything!)

Since becoming a member of Postcrossing I have also become more interested in stamps. I don't really collect them but interesting or pretty ones are always appreciated! I have also received some cards in beautifully decorated envelopes so if that is something you like to do, please send them my way :)
