Kurtka

Hello (*・ω・)ﾉ
It’s a pleasure to meet you on my page! My name is Anastasiia and I call myself Kurtka. Kurtka is a Russian word for "jacket". I really like Nico di Angelo (a character from Percy Jackson & The Olympians book series). He always wears his cool black jacket. That is why I decided to be the Jacket I guess xD

One of my biggest dreams is to become a professional illustrator and write my own illustrated book for kids. For now I draw illustrations for different types of projects and sometimes illustrate my own worlds. People like my art, and this fact inspires me to keep up with it ( ◡‿◡ *)

I have recently been abroad for the very first time in my life, it was Thailand and the trip showed me what a blessing travelling actually is! I can only dream about more travels for now though. That's why I like the idea of international postcrossing so much. I'm so happy to send my postcards somewhere I have never been before! And of course every received postcard is a real gift for me. It is my special magical method of exploring the world through postcards coming from me and to me. (¬‿¬ )

I’ll be happy if you write something about your dreams or goals or things that inspire you. Any interesting facts about your country or city are also welcomed! Besides, I would love to get some phrases or words in your native language (=^ ◡ ^=) But of course anything you write will be received gratefully!

Also there are some ideas for postcards I'd love to get if you are not sure which one to pick:
~ Beautiful view of your city or country (nature or architecture)
~ Some cute drawing or illustration
~ Any popular movie or series or ANIME. Yeeah I'm a weeb...
~ Photo or drawing of blossoming sakura. It’s my dream to see it myself one day, so I’ll be so happy to get a postcard with it
~ Any postcard related to Asian culture
~ Any postcard related to American culture
~ Sunset or sunrise photo
~ Birthday card in August and Christmas card in December & January

And some specific things I like (just in case you are curious): Harry Potter, Games of Thrones, Supernatural, Glee, Death Note, Genshin Impact, Your Name, The Garden of Words, Weathering with You, A Silent Voice, Bakuman, Naruto, Yuri On Ice, Attack On Titan, Monogatari Series, Major Grom, Clannad, Promare, Violet Evergarden, Percy Jackson, The Hunger Games.

But, once again, I’ll be very happy to get any postcard you’ve chosen yourself! Surprise me (⊙_⊙)

By the way, I’ll be the happiest and the most grateful human in the world if you send me any small souvenir, a fridge magnet, tea, book in your native language or anything like that! Especially English books as I love the language and collect such books, so I’ll be thankful if you send me one for my collection!
