About Oksana...

Hello! My name is Oksana, I'm 29 years old, from Minsk, Belarus work here at a Publishing House. I love travelling, hiking, exploring and experiencing new things, meeting new people, also can't live without music and a good book.

First postcard I've ever sent was the one I sent to my mom from a summer camp, I was 8 years old and my hand writing was horrible (not like it’s much better now :) ). Since then I was really fascinated by the whole idea of writing and sending post cards, it’s just something special about them, that excitement of surprise and discovery when you receive one and the thought and care you put when sending one. So discovering postcrossing site and project made me really excited! It's just awesome to have a chance to share little something with people around the world.

I like nature, animals, architecture, art, beautiful views, stars and sky, also any funny, sweet and cute things. I'm open to anything you'd pick for me. It’s always great to see what thought a person put when sending a postcard, so if you’d also include at least a little message as to why you picked this particular post card and something about yourself that would be really great!
Here are some postcard themes if it's hard for you to make a choice:
(in no particular order of preference :)
- Illustrations
- Cartoons / postcards with cartoon motives
- Paintings, drawings
- Penguins
- Nature or city views
- Animals
- Flowers
- Black and white postcards
- Retro postcards
- Postcards with quotes, citations
- Bridges
- Bicycles
- Mail boxes
- Funny postcards
- Keep Calm
- Odd postcards (odd pictures, paintings, photos etc.)
- Postcards related to literature, books and reading.
- Postcards with sleeping creatures :) pictures or drawn.
etc.
In July Birthday cards are very welcomed! Same goes for Christmas and New Year postcards in winter.
These are only little tips as I'd be really happy to receive any postcard :)

Thank you! Happy Postcrossing everyone! :)
