I live in a town called Nordhorn in Northern Germany and it's near to the Netherlands. In my freetime I like doing some crochet works, reading interesting books and like watching movies.

In summer I love riding bicycle and love to range the fields and woods often.

I am a nutrition assistant and be allowed to give references about healthy food.
