Hello, my name is Kirsten and I work for the Department of Transportation in my state. I have always thought it was a job I could do from home, and now with Corona that is exactly what I am doing. One small good thing to come out of all of this. I have lived in Florida for most of my life, although I spent a year in Germany and 3 years in Texas. I have two grown sons, who also live in Florida.
I spend a lot of my free time volunteering with dog and cat rescue groups. I love working with the animals, and I have made many friends this way, too.
I love to crochet and cross stitch. I would rather spend extra money on experiences rather than things, as I like memories more than objects. I would rather be at the beach than anywhere else.

Any type of dancing, ballet especially
Day of the Dead, skeletons, skulls
Pictures painted with watercolors
Cards with teal or aqua colors
But really...please send me any card that you think is beautiful/funny/interesting. You may tell me about your area, about yourself, about something that happened to you, or something you wish for. Tell me the best or worst thing that happened in the past week, big or little.
I love to learn about other countries and cultures. We are all one world.
