Hello everyone! I am Kristy from Tennessee in the USA. I am 43, married for 16 years to an awesome man I met through AOL, and have one incredible daughter who starts high school this year. My family is my number one priority. My travel has been limited to the US but I have made it to 11 of the 50 states thus far. My favorite trip was a week spent in Maine, traveling to different harbors to see the lighthouses. I love all beaches but my favorites for pure scenery are rocky coasts like Maine, Oregon, and Washington.

I love sending and receiving postcards. I will enjoy any card because the excitement for me is finding a new postcard in my mailbox and flipping it over to read what the sender wanted to share with me. If however, you want a guide for what some of my interests are:

-animals (land or sea), birds especially owls
-my greatest animal card wish would be for chinchillas (I have 12 of my own) but I also love flying squirrels,
hedgehogs, hamsters, koalas, any baby animals
-my daughter's greatest card wish is for bats (her fav bat is a flying fox) but she loves all of them. She is
also a huge fan of D. Gray Man. Side note: a sweet young person from Europe read my profile recently and
surprised me with a hand drawn pic of a D. Gray Man character for my daughter. She was ecstatic and put
it on her wall!
-ocean, beach, seashells, fish (freshwater and tropical)
-lighthouses
-nature in general...tflowers, mountains, waterfalls, streams
-a famous or unique site, building, landmark from where you live (so I can google it and learn new things)
-jack-o-lanterns, anything Halloween-related, autumn
-Marilyn Monroe (I collect these for my mom who adored Marilyn as a child)
