About Kaye...

Hello to fellow postcrossers!

My name is Kaye, the barbarian, i ride giant kittens and have a pegleg, old macaw who never leaves my shoulder, and ancient but yet robust axe.

Trying to find a new battleaxe now, so if you draw me a weapon of barbarian choice on the postcard, i'll be smitten with it!

I'd love to receive, if you will be so kind to send me:
.....℘Battle kittens (I love "upgraded' cards - you can add a saddle and everything on the postcard with kitten or cat - it'll be awesome!);
.....℘Blood and gore, corpses, skeletons, mummies and zombies;
.....℘'Mad Max', 'Fallout', anything postapocalyptic, cyber-, steam-, bio-pank;
.....℘Big dump trucks, building cranes, harbors, nuclear plants, anything industrial and construction related;
.....℘Strong independent women
.....℘Archers and archery related, battleaxes, swords;
.....℘Museum's postcards;
.....℘For my little son, the Ben-barian: big brown bears and big fluffy dogs;
.....℘Anything, that, you think, can make a barbarian happy

if you still feel puzzled what to send:
.....℘please choose the ugliest, most controversial, bad-tasting, tacky, maybe old or damaged postcard you have, something you would never send anybody, and send it to me;
.....℘find anything that has similar size to a postcard (carton box, hot pad, piece of any material in general) and let's check how the post process it ^___^ (if you afraid it can get lost, just send me a message (after 15-20 days) with photo of the handmade piece you sent (backside with stamps and address) and i register it) - my inspiration is Riitta Ikonen (www.riittaikonen.com/projects/mail-art/)

I like things that have history, that are individual, so any retouches to postcard image - like adding text or even details of drawing to a front side of a postcard (or a sticker which will fit in the image) will be very much appreciated.

Have a day, your shoulder parrot would be proud of,
ARRRGH!

[I'd like to thank Rebecca Dart (www.r-dart.tumblr.com/) and her wonderful drawings for the character i used for avatar and inspiration in writing the profile]
