My name is Katrine, I am 31 years old and live in Copenhagen.

Being an analog girl in a digital world I am a big fan of postcards.

I especially like postcards with
- photos from the 1800s and 1900-1960's - "nostalgic" black & white photography and architecture
- "classic" movie stars/icons (in particular from the European or American silent era and the 1940's & 50's)
- scenes/people from Nouvelle Vague, Italian Neorealism or Classic as well as New Hollywood - but seriously, I'm a film fan and will love any card related to the movies
- movie posters/old commercial posters/old concert posters/book covers
- pin-ups
- historical buildings from your city/country (please tell me what it means to YOU, or some "fun fact" about it)
- art nouveau/art deco architecture, patterns and pictures
- art: Baroque/Classicism/Romanticism/Impressionism, or a painting that inspires you (please let me know in what way it inspires you)
- cartoons: Moomin, Peanuts, Calvin & Hobbes

I like good stories (be it anecdotes or wishful thinking) and your favourite quotes from books/poems/movies/songs. Or maybe you could tell me a story behind the image on the postcard - even if it's a myth or a legend, or maybe you can pretend being the person on the image. :) History and stories about something that happened "way back when.." have always been of interest to me.
