Dear postcrossers,
my name is Lidka. I am 36, mother of one 8 years old son. We live in Moravia. It´s a land full of traditions and I love living here. I've always kept "old secrets" hidden somewhere in boxes as e.g. old messages we used to change under the school banks with my classmates, old railway tickets or other memories. These reliquies don't disappear. That's why postcrossing attracts me so much - postcards are someting you can touch and feel, you can have all the world hidden in a box at home. My hobbies are stone painting, playing kalimba, pencil drawing and other kinds of handwork. I enjoy writing stories, literature, making homemade postcards, James Bond movies, Renato Pozzetto films, anything with James May and taking photographs of old buildings, all kinds of trains, railways and nature. I am a fan of sports, love watching our national football and ice-hockey league matches and also world championships.
I´m not picky so I´d be glad for any nice postcard motive you send! I appreciate every postcard I recieve. Each of them is special for me. If there is a possibility, I´d love to get postcards with:
- all kinds of trains, railway stations, rail tracks, everything connected with trains
- football or ice-hockey stadiums
- autumn coloured trees and forests
- old buildings
- ghotic cathedrals
- single views of cities and towns, villages,old streets and houses
- black and white photography
- landscape typical for your country
- pictures of places you love or you live in
- nature
- you can surprise me and make a handmade card, I will be happy!
But be sure, that all postcards will be welcome, because they really make my day happier and brighter! If you don't have any idea about what to write, just tell me about your actual mood or music you like listening to. And please write the date and actual weather situation:-)
