About Katri...

”People empty me. I have to get away to refill.” (Charles Bukowski)

I'm Katri, 36 years old, and enjoying my simple little life in Tampere. I have 4-year-old twin boys with my engineer/drummer husband. I like my current job, but I’d never let working get in the way of living. Success in life means something else than a career to me.

In my spare time I like to watch TV (Friends and Futurama are my all-time favourites), listen to classical music and jazz, and send and collect postcards. Oh, and I looooove cats!

The biggest enjoyment in my life is tasting bold flavours! I love freshly roasted quality coffee, a glass (or a bottle!) of Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand, a piece of Stilton or Beemster cheese, Finnish strawberries, a full-course meal at a nice restaurant... What makes your taste buds dance?

I’m always happy with a cat card, but in the year 2020 I would love to get cards that I can’t get here in Finland, like cards from your local museums, amusement parks and other attractions, and cards that are only available for a limited time, like cards from festivals, fairs, PC meetups and artful ad campaigns. Promo cards for products and designers are very welcome!

However, like good flavours, I appreciate well designed, aesthetically pleasing cards, so please don’t take this as an opportunity to send me just any crappy free card you have at hand (I don’t think anyone enjoys those...).

Please, no envelopes, as I prefer my cards written and stamped (and I highly appreciate interesting stamps!).

P.S. The cards on my Favorites wall are like treasures that I'm hunting. Obviously, I’d be more than happy to receive any of those. Thank you for checking (the cards from your country)!

FORUM / ROUND ROBINS: I have a wishlist on my Forum Bio for RR:s, so please check that before sending, thanks!
