About Marianne...
I'm interested in art. I'm a researcher, sociologist, interesting in cultural aspects on daily life. In 1990 I presented a doctoral thesis: Food, class and gender at the Department of sociology in Umeå, Sweden.
I was born in the very North of Sweden but now live in Göteborg, second biggest city in Sweden. I still work a little, supervising at the University of Gothenburg (Göteborg)
I like knitting. I love knitting. I like reading. I often go to the Opera.
I'm a grandmother, love my grandchildren. I love my family. Now I also have a lovely grandgrand-daughter. In German language I'm an Ur-Uma.
