Hi there!

My name is Julia and I am 27 years old. Nice to meet you! Currently I live in Utrecht, the 4th biggest city in The Netherlands, but grew up in the smallest fortresstown of Holland: Nieuwpoort. That's really close to Kinderdijk (the famous windmills). I still love to go over and spend some weekends there.

My job is in a hospital at the cardiology-department as an echocardiographer. Besides that, I have very normal hobbies (at least...in my opinion :D ) like: reading, meeting friends and going out with them, try new recipes (and how to make myself a kitchen-princess), make drawings/sketches and recently started to run. During summer- or winterholidays I love to visit the southern European country's and go skiing in Austria (my brother even changes every 6 months between Austria and The Netherlands because of the mountains, snow and skiing).

And of course...I would love to hear from you! I'm really curious about people and how they live in another place of the world I don't know of. Especially about:

What I prefer less:

~ cards with advertisements
~ cards with domestic animals (like cats, dogs etc. I
really love them, but I'm more curious about things in the
world which I can't see at home)

But...to put it in perspective...any card from another human across the world will make my day and I hope the other way round too!
