About Julia...

Servus!

I'm Julia, a young woman from Strobl am Wolfgangsee, a small village in the near of Salzburg, and I love sending and receiving postcards. I'm not very picky, but I prefer cards with only one picture on it, multi image ones are not my favourites. But I'm happy with all you will choose for me - surprise me and send me something you really like.

Here are just some ideas for those of you who are unsure what to send me: I love roofed wicker beach chairs and sand dunes, squiggled street lamps, ancient bridges, outside views of beautiful buildings like castles, churches, mosques, monasteries and so on, landmarks, amazing landscapes, pretty city views and historical Old-Towns, water reflections, mystical atmospheres and extraordinary sky colours, opposites (like old & young/new, traditional & modern, light & dark ...), all around books and music, black & white, reprints of old advertisements and movie posters, illustrations from Gaëlle Boissonnard, Corinne Demuynck, Silke Leffler and similar artists, quadratic cards, die wunderschönen Ansichtskarten aus den Harenberg-Kalendern ... Or maybe you have even one of the wonderful cards from my favourites on the Postcards wall?!

I prefer cards written and stamped. It would be really great if you write something in your language and translate it. Querida gente hispanohablante, me agradaría que escribís en español! Cher gens francophones, je me réjouis, si vous écrivez en français!

Oh, something more: I'm a big music fan. Unfortunately I can't play any instrument but I'm loving to listen at good rock music. If you know a good (rock) band from your country who isn't very famous in Europe please tell me about it. That would be very great, because I'm always in search of new stuff!

Happy postcrossing and have a nice day!
