About Giulia...

Hello everyone! :)
My name is Giulia, and I'm a 22-year-old Italian girl. I am studying for my master on Environmental Archaeology at UCL, in London, but I am very often in Italy to visit my family. And let's not forget about my lovely 8 cats, who are my babies! Every time I go to London I miss them dearly.
In my free time I like to read, especially in front of the fireplace and with a warm tea during the winter. I also like cross-stitching and knitting, which kinda makes me a 22-year-old grandma in my fiancé's opinion! I love to sing and listen to music while I cook dinner and I can't survive without a coffee in the morning!
However, the thing I like to do the most is travelling, especially with my fiancé. I would like to see all countries in the world, but since I barely have enough money to fly back home for holidays, that's not going to happen soon!
So I'm resorting to post-crossing, hoping to see as many parts of the world as possible!
I would like to receive postcards about pretty much anything, as long as it is something special of your country! This is the list of postcards I like most, but anything you will send is extremely appreciated!
- UNESCO sites
- archaeological sites
- beautiful architecture
- amazing landscapes
- illustrated postcards (i.e. the ones that look like paintings or watercolours, I LOVE THEM!)
- any kind of illustrated cat
- illustrated hedgehogs or foxes
- vintage postcards
- folklore of your country (e.g. traditional dress)
- Irina Garmashova cats
- Maria Pavlova cats
- makoto maramatsu cats
- cat art by Shu Yamamoto
- cats by Lesley Anne Ivory
- chats enchantées (Séverine Pineaux's Cats)
- Theophile Steinlen cats
- Beatrix Potter
- Susan Wheeler
- Josephine Wall

If you want to have more ideas you can look at my favourites. :)
If you don't know what to write, maybe you could tell me about your favourite book, or you could explain to me what is the picture on the postcard. Or, you could tell in what Era you would have liked to be born and why! :)
I wish you all happy Postcrossing and a lovely day!

- Giulia
