About Jule...

Greetings from Hamburg, Germany - probably the most beautiful city in the world ;=D

My name is Jule, I'm 54 years old and live with my husband in eastern part of Hamburg, close to the river "Osterbek".
I'm working as a veterinary assistent.

If the postcard you receive is signed from Lucas or Anton, they are my sons ranging from 23 - 25, and sometimes like to fill out the postcards. If it's signed from Mr. Johnnie Walker, he's my dog, you should be shocked, because dogs do not have thumbs and it is very difficult for them to hold pens.

Before I say my preferences, I just want to say a big thank you for sending a card, and if you don't have anything that you think fits in my list, or you want to send something different, just pick one you love and I'm sure I will love it too! Honestly!

Postcard types?

* Views of the area around where you live
* Anything with history, archaeology, ancient buildings,
castles, temples, World Heritage Sites
* Culture or Traditional Dress
* Interesting faces
* Animals in their natural habitat
* Storms and wild weather
* Occasional postcards (Christmas, Easter...) are very
welcome. February is my birthday month, so birthday cards
would be the sweetest thing
* Black & white cards
* I like single-views
* Sports cards for a special event such as the Olympics
* I like homemade cards. I can't understand why people don't!
It's so nice to think someone has taken the time to make
something for you!

What to write?

° More than just "happy postcrossing", please
° A little bit about the card you have chosen
° I also love doodles, so feel free to draw on the back
° Any sentence in your native language, for example the farewell,
than there is no need to translate the text

Please don't put your postcard in an envelope, I enjoy seeing the stamps and the wear and tear that they go through to get to me.

I really love the idea of exchanging postcards!
Happy Postcrossing, Jule
