My name is Joyce Gao. I am 23 years old.
I work in a casino on the East Coast of the USA. I am Chinese and I am able to speak it fluently. I can not read or write it. I enjoy scenic areas. I am always looking for spots with nice views. I really enjoy taking photos of things. I usually send out photos that I took as postcards. I got a new camera fairly recently and I spend a lot of time each week playing with it and taking photos of whatever I find. My camera usually goes with me wherever I go.

I love animals. I have a pet rabbit named Bear and I send out a lot of postcards of him. I also have two black cats named Jet and Onyx, a labrador-german shepherd puppy named Lily and 19 chickens. My favorite animal is the cow. They are so simple, harmless and cute. I would love to receive postcards of black cats, giraffes or elephants as well. Postcards with photos of animals will be happily received. You may also tell me about your favorite animal and why or give me a cool fact or two about it!

I want to hear about your hobbies, describe your favorite place to be or your favorite time of day or favorite time of the year. I would love to know why you like the time/season that you do! Winter is my favorite season so any snowy cards would be great. Any postcards of Autumn would be greatly appreciated. The way the leaves change color just looks so beautiful to me.

I am also always looking to learn new, fun, random interesting facts about everything. For instance, did you know the average person uses 57 sheets of toilet paper a day?

Another thing you can write about is what your job is or what your dream job would be. I am always interested in things like this!

Please don't send me advertisements and I would prefer not to receive tourist postcards. My favorite cards to receive are cards with any kind of animal and photocards- a photo that you took of something if you enjoy taking photos. Please let me know if you took the photo on the card :) Feel free to include photos that you took in an envelope if you wish!
