Hi, my name is Joscene. I live in a small town near Amsterdam with my cat Wolf.

I love photography, nature, art, movies, gardening and I read a lot. My favorite paintings are often a bit dark and from the Romantic era.

Movies I enjoy are Gladiator, Lord of the Rings, English Patient, Out of Africa, The Godfather, Harry Potter and Into the Wild and also series like Inspector Lewis, Borgen and Pride and Prejudice.

I really enjoy visiting cities, museums, mansions, old churches, houses and cemeteries to learn about our history (and to take pictures ;-) )

Would love to visit Rome and Scotland soon!

I love learning about new cultures from all around the world, so don't hestitate sending me a postcard with a (historic) fact about your city or country!
