About Jessica...

Hello, my name is Jessica and I'm 49 years old. Together with my husband and 3 daughters (22, 20 &17), we live in a small city in the East of the Netherlands. I worked at a hospital as a
doctor's assistant for 25 years. Recently I started working as an informal caregiver.
My favorite color is green. I love to listen to Paolo Nutini, Tom Odell and Barbra Streisand. I grow my own dahlias during the season.
Why Postcrossing? Because I love people and I'm curious by nature, and I love... books, paper, letters, pens, words, typography, stamps, in short: everything about stationery!
No idea what to send me? These things make me smile;

- Dahlias
- Greetings from... (Postallove)
- Sissi
- Jugendstil/Art Nouveau/Alphonse Mucha
- Vintage illustrations of flowers or insects
- Typography
- Cooking
- Fairytales (especially Little Red Ridinghood)
- Retro/vintage/kitschy postcards
- Illustration of a children's book of your country
- Storks
- Frida Kahlo
- Books
- Music
- Colorful cute theme Vintage cards from Easter or Christmas

I am delighted to receive any postcard you choose for me, so please send whatever you like. I'm especially looking forward to seeing what YOU have to say. And if you do...please write the date on the postcard. Thank you for that! And... I love it when you put a lot of stamps on your card!

And if you don't know what to send ...
You can always cut A PIECE OF CARDBOARD FOOD PACKAGE SOLD IN YOUR HOME COUNTRY. In about postcard size, use the other side of the cardboard for stamps, address and add a few words what the product is about, translation of the text etc. I will love it!!

Happy Postcrossing!
Jessica
