Hi there :)

My name is Jen, I am in my early 30's and from Germany, Kaiserslautern to be exact. It is a small city located in the south/west of Germany, not far from the french border.

I love to travel and learn about new places. I spend 2 years living in Dublin, Ireland and 1 year in Vancouver, Canada. Now I am back in Germany.

Apart from travelling I like meeting new people from all around the world, I like music (mostly heavy metal, gothic rock and industrial), going to medieval festivals, reading and photography. I find it wonderful to spend time outdoors and enjoy the peaceful nature surrounding the city i live in. Taking walks in the moonlight is a nice passtime for me.
I have a cat and love that little guy with all my heart :) Enjoying a good book, cup of tea and kitty cuddles is about as perfect as it can get.

When it comes to postcards, i enjoy cards from the place you live in, maybe tell me a little bit about the place. How warm/cold us it at the moment? How do you greet someone in your language?
I also like art postcards, especially pictures by mucha, art noveau, popart, comic design from the 1950's, vintage pin ups, retro design.
Nature/animal photography postcards are lovely too, but please no animals dressed as humans, that freaks me out ;)
Since books are my passion, anything concerning books, libraries, people reading is wonderful.
Should you be from the uk and find a doctor who postcard, that would be fantastic, you would make my day ^_^
I am a fan of studio ghibli, alice in wonderland, j.r.r. tolkien, moomins and love tea and coffee related postcards.
Anything goth, steampunk or fantasy related is very welcome :)
I am collecting the -GREETINGS FROM...- postcards, so i would be happy to receive one from your country if you have one (so far i have finland, russia, taiwan and serbia). I also like the Continents card from postallove, so i'd be happy to get those, don't have any yet

I am pagan, so i would appreciate if you wouldnt send me religious postcards. I won't be offended or anything like that, i just don't have any connection to it, thats all.

Ok, now i start to sound super picky. Of course i will be happy with any postcards you will send, it makes me happy to get mail in general, so thank you in advance for taking your time to write me :)

I would very much like it if you would tell me something about yourself, your favorite book, movie, flower, what you like to do. If you could write me something in your language (with translation please)that would me amazing. Thank you :)
