I am Jelena from Montenegro, a small country in the Balkans. (former Yugoslavia)
the main reason I'm at postcrossing is that I have a "vintage" heart. I love the old days when the only way to communicate was through letters. That feeling when you open the envelope and smell the paper. Priceless.
I have a pen friend from Italy, we haven't met yet. :)
The second reason is that Traveling around and making new experiences has always been important to me. I love to meet other people and cultures. It would be really boring if we were all the same. So receiving a postcards from all around the world is one way of traveling.

I'm working as a receptionist in hotel in Kotor old town.

I started dancing tango half year ago, this is something what reallyyyy makes me happy.
I love riding a bike and long walks.
My hobby is to grow plants, I have big oasis of suculents and cactus 💚

Postcard s like getting a precious gift!
Writing cards is a special moment for me. I like to dedicate myself to each postcard and fill it so that there is no place for a word.
I don't like when I get a postcard with two sentences, show that you did your best and give a part of yourself when you write a postcard
I like handwritten postcards.
