Note: Due to life circumstances, I have currently made my status inactive. I will register all the cards that I receive but won't be sending any out for a while and definitely am not interested in private trades.

I am a grandmother of two beautiful children who are the biggest joys of my life. They are my passion and my active presence in their lives is very important to me. I love to take pictures of them and I blog about my life with them at http://milkmonstersmimser.blogspot.com/. My blog serves another purpose besides recording memories for them to read later on. Their mother, my daughter, lost her vision about eleven years ago because of her diabetes. It is my biggest dream that someday during our lifetime, medicine will develop a new treatment for diabetic retinopathy and she will see again. My pictures will be there to show her just how beautiful her children are outside. She already knows their beauty inside.

When I am not spending time with my little ones, I like to hike, letterbox, read and play on the computer. I am a big Pittsburgh Steelers and Philadelphia Eagles football fan and also a big Philadelphia Phillies baseball fan. I enjoy traveling between our home in Pennsylvania and our vacation home in Florida, enjoying the diversity of each state.

Real dislikes - I try to keep this to a minimum but I really dislike Hello Kitty and cards that are in the same cutesy style.

I prefer cards written and stamped.
