Greetings from Holland to all fellow postcrossers out there!

A few words about me:

I am a German living in The Netherlands together with my cat Dani. I live close to The Hague and not too far away from Amsterdam, Delft, Rotterdam and Utrecht.

I like reading, traveling, good vegan food, learning about other cultures, foreign languages, hiking, animals, genealogy and a bunch of other things.

I write restaurant reviews for "Happy Cow" (http://www.happycow.net/) and I use that site a lot when traveling.

In fact I'd like to receive any card you like yourself. But please do not send me any postcards of dead or distressed animals (meat, fish, bullfights, rodeo, overloaded donkeys, painted or dressed up animals etc.), or religious cards. And please only real postcards.

And please drop me a few lines. Maybe about the card you are sending. Or a recipe without any animal-derived ingredients. Or a short poem, a personal motto, a proverb from your country. Or just something about the weather ;-).

If your native language is one of the above and you have a clear handwriting (so I can look stuff up), please write me in your own language.

No direct swaps, please.
