About Isabel...

Hi everyone :) I'd like to receive any postcard you like.
To me, Postcrossing is a chance to know something about the lives of other people around the world. So, please tell me about you and your story. I'll give you some suggestions:

- what are the things that you enjoy doing the most and that make you feel calm and happy;
- about an event or a person that changed your life;
- about a friend or a person you really estimate or like;
- a wish for your future self;
- the bravest thing you've done;
- the happiest memory of your life;
- a dream you want to share;
- your favourite film/films and something about it/them;
- your favourite book/s;
- a quote from a book/film/tv series;
- a poem
- your favourite group/singer or painter/artist or photographer or writer or classical music interpreter;
- your favourite view and landscape;
- your favourite spot in the city/town/village you live in;
- your favorite meal and... your secret recipe :D
- about the person/s you love and your love story;
- a joke or an amusing story or the last thing that made you smile;
- a sad story;
- what is most important for you;
- draw something for me!

About me, I'm 28, I'm italian (used to live in Pisa and then Siena, Tuscany) but currently live in the UK and work as an archaeological geophysicist. I love cinema (Tarantino, Coen brothers, von Trier, Hitchcock, Bergman, Fellini, etc.), history and landscapes, tv series (mad men, breaking bad, fargo, handmaid's tale, black mirror, etc. The more painful to watch, the better) vintage things and fashion, classical and especially baroque music (I've studied the piano for a long time), comics and especially graphic novels. I'm developing a passion for photography too. I have an irrational love for the french language so please send me postcards in french if you know the language.

Any kind of postcards are welcome but these ones in particular:

- single views, with either rural or urban landscapes;
- illustrations;
- postcards showing posters or works exposed at exhibits you have visited;
- architecture themed photos (especially contemporary architecture);
- medieval illustrations and beasts;
- gotochi cards (local dishes especially if vegetarian, cherry flowers, costumes, etc.) and japanese cherry trees;

Please, do write the date on the postcard.

Thank you and good postcrossing :)
