Good day, dear postcrosser!
My name is Irina.
The first thing I want to say is that I am a psychologist. My job is to make people happy! I don't want grief for anyone, neither people nor animals. I, like many people in Russia, AM FOR PEACE!

I live in the city of Volzhsky. This is a small town in the south of Russia. The city stands on the banks of two rivers - the Volga and Akhtuba. My city was built in 1954 together with hydro power. The city is in a semi-desert. In summer the temperature reaches + 40C, and in winter the temperature is sometimes -30C. The rains are very rare. In July all the grass dries up. Residents planted many trees and flowers. Plants need to be watered, otherwise they will all dry up. My city is considered one of the greenest cities in Russia.
I work as a teacher at the University.
I like to travel. I was in Ukraine, Georgia, Poland, France, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Austria, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Turkey, and Israel.
I am learning German. My dream is to find pen pals in German.
I write tales and stories.
I like postcards with New Year and Christmas,
cards with genre scenes, to there were people,
cards with heroes of fairy tales and paintings. I make dolls, so I really like postcards, which depict folk and author dolls.
But I'll be glad to any card.
