My name is Yi-Ling (以靈). I was born on the day when "Raising the Mammoth", a documentary about a scientist wants to recover some mammoth DNA to clone a live mammoth, was released. But it has nothing to do with who I am or what I've become. it's just an interesting fact about me.

I love reading and movies. Although I'm always very busy with school and work. I still try to find some spare time to immerse myself into the amazing fictional world. I also love music. I'm interested in a variety of music genres, ranging from Taylor Swift to Beethoven and Yoyo Ma.

I'm currently studying translation in graduate school. It’s a very challenging but rewarding program.

One more thing about me. I'm an animal rights activists (not vegan tho). In my free time, I volunteer at a local rabbit rescue.
