About Eva...

Hi everybody,
I recently rediscovered my huge box of unwritten postcards I accumulated years ago, when I was fairly active on postcrossing. In my early 20s I stopped, so almost 10 years later it’s time for a comeback. ;)

I live in the north of Germany with my partner and two fluffy cats. In real life I am a service technician for laboratory pipettes, but in my dreams I am a photographer. I love taking pictures of characters - follow me on instagram(@imivai.foto), if you are curious. I also have a small variety of postcards with pictures I am proud of.(landscape/aminals/plants etc. no humans)

I also enjoy metal concerts, medival markets and larp(live action roleplay), traveling, watching movies, and I recently discovered gardening, cooking and crafting. I am basicly a total nerd. I love complicated boardgames and fantasy books.

A little postcard guide of random stuff I like:

- mystical/epic places
- cats, owls, lynx, pandas,
- castle ruins, libraries, antique books
- The Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Terry Pratchett, Studio Ghibli
- Inge Löök
- asian calligraphy/symbols, oldfashioned writing,
- autumn colors, black & white, contrasts, light & shadows
- anatomy drawings, sketch, outline
- landscape, water, snow, mist
- mystical creatures
- "dark academia", "cottagecore" asthetics

Please only one subject on the postcard. I really DON‘T like picture collages, pink and glittery stuff^^

Enough about me. How are you? What was the last book you read or movie you watched? Did you enjoy it? What’s your favourite quote? What will you do once covid is over? Where do you want to travel? Can you recomment a recipe? If you could invite anyone and everyone in the world who would you like to have dinner with? Tell me a happy memory.

If you are a passionate artist - you can draw instead of writing - just avoid sending empty postcards, please.

Be kind, there is enough suffering in the world.
