About Ilovepost...

Hello world!

I'm in my forties and live in the north of The Netherlands. I'm an amateur photographer, who likes to explore the surroundings I'm in. I love to travel, but alas, I have no money tree in my garden! That's where Postcrossing comes in. :-)

My favourite postcards are about the city or country you live in, or something about your culture.

Also postcards about the following subjects are most welcome:

o birthday cards in September! I love to get a birthday card in your native language!

o Christmas cards in December, preferably traditional ones, but every Christmas card is welcome! I love to get a Christmas card in your native language :-)
o Easter cards in spring!

o city views of the city you live in
o views of the land you live in or nature landscapes around you
o traditions in your city / country
o nature
o the sea
o beach scenes
o sun sets
o palm trees
o landscapes
o barns
o forests
o cats
o photography
o vintage camera's
o horses
o ladybugs
o owls
o soaring
o planes in general
o trains or railway stations in your country
o everything of the 50's like cars, celebrities, city views or movies,
o architecture
o "Keep calm and..." cards
o humor
o cottages
o postal and mailboxes
o estate homes and other beautiful homes
o castles
o Tolkien - Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit
o Harry Potter
o Thunderbirds to the rescue (puppetseries from the 60's)
o Star Trek
o Aristocats
o Muppets
o holidays
o Art deco
o Gaudi buildings
o World Wonders
o popes
o Royalty of your country (if you have any)

I love penpalling and am interested in new penpals, so if you are interested in talking a bit more than fits on a postcard, drop me a line :-)

I collect stamps as well, so if you are so kind as to put a nice stamp on the card, I would be very happy! :-)

I would love if you set a date on the card, so I can see how long it traveled! Just out of curiousity :-)

Have a great day and Happy Postcrossing!
