APRIL 2016-- I am sorry if any postcard s you sent to me were registered late. There was a death in my immediate family and I needed to take care of this before I could commit to anything here. As of 5/1 I have registered all received postcards to date. Thank you for understanding, please do not send sympathy postcard. :)

Hello! My name is Kat. I am 28 and i'm still fairly new to Postcrossing, but I have always been interested in writing letters and postcards to others, and was referred by a friend to join this site.

A little bit about myself:
I am an artist and I love to draw!
I am a vegetarian and have been since I was very young.
I am interested in all religions, cultures, and respect all differences between them.
I love nature and hiking.
I have a 1 year old dog named Nikita, a 21 year old cat named Nala (She will be 22 in April!) and several small tetra fish whom I take care of.
I pass the time by gardening, drawing and playing with my animals. I am also very fond of music and enjoy all kinds.

If you are assigned to write to me, I would love to know any of these things, if you don't mind sharing. Answer as much or as little as you'd like:

-What do you like most about your country/location
-What are your interests.
-What is one of your favourite songs or bands?
-What is the favourite plant or animal of your region?
-If you speak a different language, i would love to learn a word or phrase, or even how to say/spell "Cat" !
-Anything you would like to include about yourself.
-If you are an artist, I would love a small sketch!

I love all postcards! I am fond of flowers, animals, nature, mythology, or things that would best represent or describe your culture or your own individuality. If you know how to make your own postcards with your own artwork, I would love this too. Please make sure your handmade postcards are made of a thick cardstock please! ^_^
