About Rosalie...

As of July 2020 mail in my area is being delayed. I register postcards as soon as I receive them. March 2021 update: Chicago still experiencing disruptions. :( https://news.wttw.com/2021/03/01/chicago-mail-delays-creating-unbearable-burden-residents
Greetings fellow Postcrossers!

My name is Rosalie and I work in libraries. I love reading and always have a book with me. I tweet about books and postcards. (My pictures aren't pretty enough for instagram. Lol.) I am also a music junkie, sci-fi geek, beer enthusiast, and generally into all things nerdy.

I’ve noticed that people have postcard wish lists and I try my best to send cards to match a person’s wishes. If you receive a card from me, I tried to send a card I thought you’d like. :)

If you’re sending me a postcard, "Hi!" Please tell me a little about what’s going on in your world today. What’s the date and weather like? Have you read any good books? Seen any good movies? Celebrated a holiday or visited any interesting sites? Have any favorite quotes you’d like to share?

All postcards are welcome. Even homemade. :) Some ideas in case you're not sure what to send.

Animals (my favorite and my children's because we all delight in receiving these):
-mice, rats, or other tiny mammals
-raccoons, opossums
-dogs, especially Corgi and Sheba Inu
-elephant, rabbit, red panda, sea otter

-Comic books

-your city, town, or county
-famous landmarks, museums, parks, gardens, castles, cottages
-flags of your city, state, country
-maps of any type

-famous people from your country
-musicians, instruments, bands

-anything related to reading including authors and quotes
-art & architecture
-food or drink

Looking forward to hearing from you! Happy Postcrossing!
