I have several hobbies, but yoga practice is one of my favourite ones.
It is not only an enjoyable but an also useful hobby.
This hobby may help you to keep a balance, to understand yourself better and to find the answers to many questions and the solutions to your problems.
Therefore, this hobby is good for me in all senses.
I become strong both physically and emotionally.
It is known that yoga originated in India a long time ago. Perhaps it happened five thousands or even more years ago. Indian traditions however regard yoga more like meditation or soul therapy. My dream is to go on a yoga tour, dive, touch different cultures in India.
