I hope you are doing good while you are reading this message, and that everything is or is going to be OK :)

My name is Jerome, I'm living in a large city but human sized in France called Lille. This is the place where I'm born, and there is a lot interesting things about it, but years after years I'm thinking about moving to the campaign, since I want to reconnect with myself and that I'm interested in nature, ecology, spirituality, and more generally in finding a real and deep meaning in the sense of my life.

I've always been curious about philosophy, sociology and human cultures because I like where it brings the mind. giving new questions more than answers and allow to touch a little part of infinite.

For now, I've been visiting some place, including during a trip I made alone with Interails (using only trains) across Western Europe for two months in 2017 (time flies...) which give me the chance to see Pamplona, Madrid, Barcelona, Geneva, Milano, Venice, Verona, Ljubljana, Prague, Budapest, Berlin, Dresden, Hanover, Düsseldorf, Utrecht, Breda, Anvers, Antwerp, and some more . I've also discovered end of 2016 Los Angeles, San Francisco and Las Vegas. In september 2019 I've travelled to Portugal (Porto and Lisbon) Or more in France visiting south and eastern side of the country during a month using just bicycles and camping.

As a passion, I'm practising photography, mainly film but also digital photography. I'm about to put them online on a personal website very soon. For now, they are in a bunch of folders in several places on my computers or on hard drives.

I've got a guitar for years, but nearly never touched it, so I hope this year that it will changes, because I've got a bigger place now.

There is nothing we can't discuss, because I try to stay open-minded and it's a good exercise to try to understand what the person really try to express. I mean, not just reading a postcard but giving it some consistence, a life, in the world of ideas. All that I'm requiring is mutual respect and benevolence.

I just decided to come back on PostCrossing in march 2021, I had another account a few years ago that I closed because I hadn't the time to exchange postcards. But now I have :D !
