Hello my name is Alison and I'm a proud mom to my beautiful little girl (4 years old) and my handsome baby boy (2 year old)! We have a big fluffy orange kitty named Angus (2 year old) and a black kitty born on Friday the 13th ironically we named him Lucky (1 year old).

We live in a rural farm community in central British Columbia, Canada. There are many lakes and mountains where we live so we are constantly exploring our countryside by foot, bike, quad, boat or snowmobiles!

I have been fortunate to have travelled quite a bit in my youth. Now that I'm settled with family, home is the place I want to be. I feel like postcrossing is another great way to explore our world. I can stay home but have mini moments of travel with all your wonderful cards.

I am looking forward to receiving postcards about where you live and seeing places from your homeland. I'm also interested in cards that show any aspect of life in your country ie: people, animals (especially birds!), buildings, culture, scenery, waterfalls (I love waterfalls!), attractions... Etc.
Anything that you find interesting I'm sure I will too! Handmade cards are always welcome and enjoyed.

I would appreciate any words on the card or descriptions of the photo to be translated so I can know all about the beautiful thing/place you are sending me.
