Hello Postcrossers!

My name is Gwendolyn and I live in sunny Tampa, Florida. I have a wonderful husband and sweet cat. My 17-year-old cat recently passed away, and I miss her terribly. We used to have so many fun adventures together. She was smart, loyal, beautiful, and spirited. She lit up the room with her presence.

I really like to be outdoors. One of my favorite sports is paddling. Florida is surrounded by the ocean and has lots of lakes, rivers, and springs, so I'm never far from a place to kayak. It's so much fun!

My interests include yoga, reading, cooking, and learning Spanish, French, and now Russian. I hope to visit my dear friends in Moscow one day, so I hope to improve by then. Wish me luck! :) I'm interested in all languages, so I'd be happy if you included a few words on the postcard in your native language with a translation.

I love connecting with people and enjoy learning new things. I look forward to receiving a postcard from you, and I'll be happy with whatever you send me. You can tell me anything you want to on the postcard. It can be happy, sad, or any other emotion. I treasure all of the postcards I receive.
