I'm Alex, I'm a thirty-something year old bloke from Frankfurt, Germany. I teach German and English at a local secondary school - I even have a Postcrossing account with one of my classes (liebigFFM).

Here are some things I enjoy (among others):

- architecture, especially train stations, airports, bridges, parliamentary buildings, modern & postmodern architecture, including brutalism ("ugly" concrete buildings from the 60s)
- cities, especially by dusk/night
- everything about children's literature (I did my master's in children's lit)

Maybe you can find a postcard that shows any of these themes? But any other postcard will be more than welcome as well :) I don't mind receiving free postcards, as I know that Postcrossing can be an expensive hobby, as long as they mean something to you.

If you find the time to write down a few lines about an important children's book from your country (and maybe the English title, if it has been translated!), that would be fantastic!
