I live in a beautiful and famous region called "The Burren" on the West Coast of Ireland with my husband and baby daughter. 👪
Our house is on a famous driving route called " The Wild Atlantic Way".🏄🚙
We moved here in 2015 after living and working in Dublin City for 15 years, where I worked with the Irish Postal Service "An Post" . 📯📮
One of the fun aspects of the job was sorting the beautiful postcards from all over the world!
As well as Postcrossing, I am an AFOL ( Adult Fan of Lego) after rediscovering lego two years ago and am also interested in WW1.
Where is your favourite place?
I would love you to send me a postcard of your favourite place with some tips for visiting!💐
🏡 Is it somewhere near your home or perhaps you have visited there on holiday?
🌆 Is it in the countryside or city?
🏯 Is it a building or scenic spot?
🌴 Is it a Mediterranean Island or other Exotic destination?
🗽 Is it a historic site?
💂💣 My Grand Uncle fought in WW1 and was killed in Gallipoli. I hope to visit The Gallipoli Peninsula in Turkey in the near future.
Any cards/ stamps associated with WW1 Sites, especially Gallipoli would be very much appreciated!
