Hello! :)

I'm Regina and live in the countryside in South-West-Germany, I like travelling and learning about other cultures, reading (mostly criminal novels, scifi and time travel), writing, hiking, swimming and I'm interested in astronomy. In my spare time, I'm trying to contribute a bit of work to animal protection and I'm a huge fan of the amazing Esther the Wonder Pig and the super kind people who offered her and other farm animals a wonderful home and post heartwarming videos on Facebook. If I had the money, I would love to open a farm sanctuary myself, but that has to wait. I'm also quite interested in art and like impressionist paintings and others. It's so nice to imagine the actual scene when the artist painted it.

I love the idea of this website and look forward to getting in touch with people from around the world. :)
I would love postcards with nice landscapes and descriptions of your area, but I also like illustrations or paintings, the sea, animals, bicycles, flowers or trees, village scenes, vintage postcards, Harry Potter, Startrek, Outlander and all kinds. I don't know if they exist, but Jane Austen cards with old costumes or sceneries would be great too. During and even a bit after Christmas time, I would love Christmas cards too.
But I'm happy about any postcards and about everything you would like to tell me about yourself, it's always nice and interesting to get to know the sender a little bit. :) I think there is a certain magic about Postcrossing and "meeting" people from all around the planet, isn't it? Maybe you would like to add your favourite books, movies or sayings. Might you even have an audiobook to recommend? :)
If you don't mind, could you please use an envelope so the card won't get damaged (if that doesn't mean you have to pay more for the stamps)?
