Hello and welcome (اهلاً و سهلاً),

my name is Ralf - I am happily married, living and working right around an Omani exclave called "Madha (مدحاء)".

When you look it up on a map, you will find it near the emirate of Fujairah in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The territory is an integral part of Oman 🇴🇲 and is administered by - yet another exclave of Oman - the Governorate of Musandam. It is located right on the Strait of Hormuz (the entrance to the Arabian Gulf).

Madha looks like a "doughnut" as it is fully surrounded by the UAE 🇦🇪. Right in the middle, there is a small village, belonging to the emirate of Sharjah.

I am originally from the State of Hessen in Germany 🇩🇪, but I have been living in the Middle East for the past 24 years.

I have a great passion for STAMPS, showing geographical themes; i.e. maps.

In terms of cards, I like:
