Hello, my name is Linda, I was born in 1964, I am married and have two adult children (not living at home any more) and one lovely cat. There is never a dull moment in my life, as I am always busy with something. For me, there are not enough hours in one day. I have been working for over 30 years at the same company as a secretary and when I am not working I have lots of hobbies to fill my time such as quilting, gardening, making mosaic, scrapbooking, playing games, reading, touring with my husband on our motorbikes or just laugh and make fun with friends and neighbours. Strangely I also suffer a lot from depressions but I try to fight them as hard as I can. I think that is the reason why I like postcrossing so much. Who would not become happy when finding a postcard in their mailbox.
Lately I have been busy making my familytree as my name is not very common in The Netherlands and I wanted to find out where my ancestors came from. I collect stamps and I find a lot of satisfaction in helping other people with no matter what. I am very curious to know how you people choose the postcards to send. Do you have a lot of cards in stock, or do you buy the card when you have picked an address. I always have a lot of cards in the house because when I have been given an address, I want to send the card as soon as possible.
