Welcome to our profile:)

We're Dariusz & Małgorzata, a happy married couple from Gdansk - the old, famous and beautiful Polish city, located in northern Poland, over the Baltic Sea; the city, where Jan Hevelius, Gabriel Fahrenheit, Günter Grass, Arthur Schopenhauer and Lech Walesa were born, the city, where World War II began; the city, where Europen Championship in Football, Euro 2012 were taken; the city, where people are happy and like freedom & other people!

We both love travelling. During our trips we love to taste the local cuisine, beers (Dariusz would be so grateful to get a beermat with your local beer:) and wines. We also like to collect the souvenirs from our journeys. I collect beer mugs (I have c.a. 40 beer mugs from various places), and Małgorzata has 150 magnets.

Also, books are our passion. We have a huge private library, which is our pride. My favourite book is "The Count of Monte Cristo" by Alexandre Dumas. I also like Spanish and Catalan writters. Ildefonso Falcones is the most favourite. Maybe one day I will design the postcard showing our library - the shelves full of our wonderful books:)

It would be great if you could write a couple of words in your native language and translate it into English. You can write about you, your hobby, passions, your place, anything will be of interest...

We are always curious what the climate and weather is at the moment in your place.
