"Hello," my name is Michael. I am a retired teacher who lives in the city of Jacksonville, Florida in the United States. Jacksonville is located in northeast Florida near the Atlantic Ocean.

I enjoy reading about current events, history, and different cultures. I also enjoy traveling.

Although I would enjoy receiving any of your cards, I would particularly appreciate post cards with:

- city, country, landscape or seascape views
- historic buildings including national landmarks, state or national government buildings, castles, monuments
- cultural views including people in native dress, native animals, village/city life, festivals
