Hello! Please address your postcards to Eva, for her birthday, and if you could, postcards with place names of where you are would be great. Any postcards welcome, however!

I started this because of a project I wanted to do to surprise my daughter for her birthday. We aren't able to travel much right now, so I thought it would be fun to see if we could get a bunch of postcards from a different areas sent to her here. A surprise in our mailbox.

I have always liked the idea of postcards from when I was young. Now I like the art, the kitsch appeal, that they are little short stories and glimpses of life someplace else. I like the stamps and different hand-writing, and how each one says a bit about the sender. I would like to do a project with my daughter with her cards.

Once I found that this site existed, I think I am going to get hooked, and will continue with this long after my daughters birthday in February.

For now, I would really appreciate if you could give Birthday Greetings for my daughter, Eva, who will be 17 on February 12th.

Because we are Eva likes postcard with names of places on them, so if you could find ones with the name of your city or country or area, that would be great. Otherwise, homemade ones would be great, or original ones. Any welcome, though. Thanks!
