i'm a lady from north of France, born in 1974 and this is the february 2021 update :
13 years of awsome postcards : MERCI/THANK YOU :) !! More than 8000 cards received (& sent) I think it's time to share :) If you have kids or children theme cards I'd like to do a gift for my nephews & my niece. You keep my name on the adress block (better for the postman) but on the message part you can chose a card for : Albane, my niece loves cats, dogs, cute animals/ Zacharie : my elder nephew loves starwars, marvel & dogs / Eliott : a younger nephew loves starwars, pixar, & cats :) Thank you for them, I'll stock their cards in a separate box & will give them. Merci ;) . The kids love the cards :) one more nephew : Julian loves cats, motorbikes . He’s 2 years.

I live in the north of France, at Arras, a beautiful historic city and work as an administrative (financial service) in a high school. This job keeps me very busy and i'd love to have more free time for my hobbies : reading, x-stitch, travel and (if i only i could have a less hectic life to be more regular : snail mail).

i love city-views, landscapes (especially seaside, mountains views), flowers, birds, cats, art (not too mordern art though ) ... And i would appreciate a card sent in an enveloppe : i could save the stamp for my collection. (i don't mind if you can't, that's ok). I'm not picky about cards and i'm always very happy but i have to say i received a card of dead pandas and i think i should add : please No killed/tortured animals (nor humans). I understand the fight but i prefer "positive" cards, you can see horrors on tv daily and "postcrossing" should stay a happy hobby for me !

During summer 2017 I visited Russia : a cruise from St Petersburg to Moscow + Berlin. 2018 : Germany & Prague. 2019: Montreal & New York. In my Instagram I just add pictures of my art (sketch, aquarelle).

I have marfan syndrome and had an opened-heart surgery in 2010, i recovered very well. I wonder if there's anyone with marfan or similar experience ?

On my avatar, this is an old pic of me, with my cat Austerlitz. She 's gone away in 2009 and then I had a great norwegian cat called Elixir (very different but as sweet, sadly the poor guy died in less than a year). I'm crossing a feline emptyness periode. Since my new flat is on 3rd floor without lift, the weight of litter bags would be too heavy for me, so no cat ...

Sorry i can't do direct swaps but i welcome some people really interested by snailmail. If you don't mind i can be slow to write back since my work keeps me busy.
